Elliot Stein

Elliot brings over 25 years of corporate and consulting leadership to A.C.T. As an operating executive for major global companies he developed Visible Performance™, a unique and transformative methodology for complex organizations to forge agreement and strategic focus on their most critical priorities; and then linking them to tactical programs and metrics that will bring the greatest value to the enterprise.

Mr. Stein has held senior executive roles as Director of Operations, Vice President of World-wide Operations, and Chief Operating Officer in the primary metals (Arco Metals), paint & coatings (Sherwin Williams), chemicals (PRC DeSoto) and aerospace industries (Courtaulds Aerospace and Burke Industries). He developed a reputation for integrity, consensus building, and delivering rapid, sustainable results to the top and bottom lines.

As an industry consultant and coach he has assisted corporate executives to focus on clear, concise strategies and operating tactics that both corporate and management teams embrace, lead, and support. Elliot is driven by simplicity and results and assuring that our clients develop the capability to disengage as quickly as possible.

Mr. Stein holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and an MBA, both from Duke University.
